Terms of Service

Last updated 2 September 2026. These are the same terms we give you when you start service.

These terms cover residential lawn treatment services provided by Lawn Jox LLC of Olive Branch, Mississippi.

No contract

There is nothing to sign and no minimum term. You are not locked into anything, and you can stop service at any time. Call or text (901) 529-6569, or email the office.

The treatment program

Our weed control and fertilization program is a series of eight treatments through the year.

Some treatments cost more than others. Rather than bill you a different amount each time, we take the total cost of the program and divide it into twelve level monthly payments, so you pay the same amount every time.

Treatments stay on schedule

Weed control runs on a calendar. Pre-emergent has to go down before the weeds germinate, not after. Skipping a treatment lets weeds through that the next round cannot undo, so we keep every lawn on schedule. If a visit needs to move, call the office and we will reschedule it rather than skip it.

Stopping service

There is no cancellation fee.

Because the total cost is spread evenly across twelve monthly payments while the treatments themselves are not all the same cost, stopping partway through a program year means the payments you have made may not yet cover the treatments you have already received. In that case you are billed the difference between what you have paid and the value of the treatments already applied. Nothing more than that.

Once you have had the final treatment of the program year, nothing further is owed.

Each year

Your program carries over automatically each year so that the first pre-emergent of the season is never missed. If you would rather it did not carry over, tell the office by December 31 and it will not. Call or text (901) 529-6569.

Free service calls

If something is not right between your scheduled treatments, call us and we will come back out. There is no charge for a return visit.

Referral credit

Refer a friend or family member and you earn a $30 credit once they have had their fourth treatment. You can earn up to $150 in credits, which is five referrals.
